Twilight !!

Well I went to the opening night of Twilight. I didn't have too high of expectations going into the movie, however I ended up really liking the movie. It had a few things that I wasn't entirely happy with, but for a book made into a movie it was good. I still love the book 100 times more, but will definately buy the movie when it comes out.

Logan Turns 8 !!

Logan Bud Gunn came into our lives 8 years ago on November 1st, 2000. He weighed 7lbs. 15oz and was 19.5 inches long. I was in labor with him for 8 and a half hours when he finally arrived. We were so lucky to have my dad, Logan's namesake, my mom, my oldest sister Tiff, and Brandons mom there right after he was born.It is sooo hard to believe we have an eight year old. I find myself getting a little chocked up looking at him lately and looking back over the years. Logan has been such an amazing little boy from day one. He has so much love in his heart it's unbelieveable. I feel so lucky and blessed to be raising him, he brings so much to our family. I look forward to the years to come and hope they come slowly as possible. Happy Birthday Buddie !!

Our 8 Year Old

Halloween

Halloween has come and gone again!!! This year has flown by so fast, it is hard to believe we just celebrated Hallwoeen. The boys decided on their costumes early this year again so that was great. Riley was our little Police Officer, and Logan was our scarey Vampire. They looked so great in their costumes and had a lot of fun Trick-or-Treating. However I think they enjoyed handing out the candy even more. After it was all over and done with the boys were able to pick 10 candies each out of their bags before selling it all to their Papa Lynne. I took them happily to the store to pick out a new toy with their money!! It only took going to 4 stores for them to make up their minds. The boys both bought a new legos set, Logan's was a Knights set, and Riley's was a Spongebob set. Thank heavens for Grandpa we won't be having any sugar rushes and fights again this year!!

Logans Halloween Parade and Class Party

Well again this year it was ridiculous to find parking at the school and of course the parade didn't start on time but all in all it was great fun. There were some very creative costumes this year. There was an older child that was dressed as oggie boogie from Nightmare Before Christmas, another boy was dressed as dirty laundry, he had a laundry basket around his waste with laundry stuffed in it and a thing of tide, another child was a toilet, the list goes on and on. I wish I could have got pictures of them all, but they walk so fast so they can get it over with. After the parade it was on to Logan's class party. I planned the party this year since I was the Head Cub Mom, it all went really well. My sister Tiffany came and did her witches brew for the class and the kids really enjoyed it and thought it was really cool, she was a hit.

Riley's Halloween Parade

Riley was so excited to go to Preschool in his costume. I think if I would have let him, he would have slept in it the night before. Riley's teacher Miss Nora did a party for the kids and then the parents came at 11:40 to watch them parade in thier costumes. Riley wasted no time starting the parade, he started marching around the pumpkins before anyone else was ready. All the kids looked so cute in their costumes and it was so much fun to watch them all.
